Called after normal business hours and talked to owner Michael. Gave me price on the phone and showed up at my house within an hour. Gave me options for repair, and executed the repair rather quickly. Friendly, honest, and great price for repair. Will use for future plumbing needs. Recommend to all!!!

Outstanding start to finish. Our water heater blew on a Saturday. The came within hours and replaced it beautifully. Fair pricing. Great communication. Could not have been better. I have found our plumber. Call Mike...you'll be glad you did.

Excellent service. Mike spent over 30 minutes on the phone explaining different options and comparing products with me. They were able to meet me at Lowes to pick up the water heater and bring it to my home and installed it. I called at 415pm and the job was complete before 8pm same day. Highly recommended.

We had a leak coming from the second floor through the ceiling and could not find a plumber to come out over the weekend or even within a week. I called Elite and they answered the phone immediately. They also happened to be in the area and were at the house within 10 minutes!

Two minutes after walking in the house Mike found exactly what was causing the leaky ceiling......something completely different than what we thought was going on. They explained everything about the cause and what they needed to fix.

My son pulled the handle off the shower, breaking it to where we could not turn the water off. This was at 6:30 pm. They were at the house within 15 minutes of me calling them. The team of two included as Master Plumber ensuring the work was done completely and correctly. The men were very quick to determine the problem and fixed it quickly.

Not all heroes wear capes! I desperately needed help this past weekend with a multiple supply leak to my house that I airbnb and Mike from Elite Plumbing came out that evening and worked until dark. He resumed the detection and correction the next day before my next guests arrived. He was so amazing at communication and workmanship. I’m honestly blown away at his work ethic. Mike and Tom came out to the house to fix a plumbing problem with my kitchen faucet. They were very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem and fixed it!
