Very impressed. We needed a new hot water tank installed. They even picked up the tank from Lowe's for us that we purchased online and came out and installed within 2 hours. They provided same day service, reasonable rates, fast and accurate service! I would highly recommend!

Plain and simple...EXCELLENT!!! Ben came out, surveyed the situation, got his tools and went to work. Leak from water heater to shower/sink was fixed. Efficiency, easy to communicate with and most definitely cost effective. Oh by the way, after reaching out to 4 different plumbing services in the evening after finding the leak, Elite was the ONLY one to respond...and respond they did.

Mike answered the phone at 9:15pm on a Saturday night. He was at my house in 30 minutes to change out a leaky water heater! Reasonable price and quick professional work!

My garbage disposal in my rental unit was leaking, and Kyle came to fix it within an hour. He recommended removing it due to the angle it was installed at and provided photos for reference. I’m very pleased with the work he did.

The owner, Mike, was great. They came out after another plumber in Dunedin didn’t do what they were supposed to. They were here until late at night clearing the clogs. Mike didn’t even charge us after hours fees even though he was here late. The other plumber wanted to charge us to fix their literally “crappy” job. Thank you to Mike and team for getting my house back in working order.

Great work! I called at 11PM on Sunday after calling many plumbing companies out there. I called him and Mike answered in the second ring, he is a master plumber. My water heater was leaking flooding a room and my daughter’s closet. The other plumbers didn’t want to come. Mike came and his assistant and in two hours they took care of the problem. The next day his son came to install our brand new water heater! If you are in the area save this number! They showed up when we needed him! Thank you Mike!

I am adding another well-deserved 5-star review of this company. First off 2 of the nicest guys show up Clarence and Angelo, they look at my mess, talk 2 seconds and get at it. I put a new countertop on, and the old sink had 2 drains, and the new one only has 1. I have an RO system under there making it more challenging. Everything Clarence did was 1 inch here 1 inch their clearance room. When it was done it was a work of art. Had I tried I would have been at Home Depot 5 times and not in a good mood. You guys saved me. Thank you Thank you. Your card in on the wall and you are my Plumber I will refer anyone who asks.

They picked up the phone right away and was able to get everything fixed within a short period of time. When they arrived I asked for them to ballpark the price. Once finished the price was the same. Well worth it!

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Saved me when the appliance company refused to uninstall my old refrigerator so they could install the new one they were delivering. This will be the ONLY company I use going forward!!!!!!
