WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Saved me when the appliance company refused to uninstall my old refrigerator so they could install the new one they were delivering. This will be the ONLY company I use going forward!!!!!!

Great company to work with!

Most professional young man I’ve ever met. I had 2 different companies come out and told me I needed to have my floors jacked hammered and charged us money without running a K60. This gentleman came into my home ram my washer, garage shower, garage toilet, kitchen sink then got on my roof and ran a camera through every pipe he was able to access. He found out my pipes are not broken and showed me where my trouble areas are. Fixed my problem. He cleaned up after himself and didn’t over charge me. Even though his company doesn’t do the jetting right now he provided me with contact information to have it done. That young man deserves a raise. We will never call anyone else. Thank you very much Sean and Stacy Cox!

For certain jobs, six stars are well deserved. It's 6:40, Friday night. I google plumbers in my area. I call three before I called Elite. Answering machine after answering machine. Expecting another answering machine, I was taken aback by an answer. I explained my problem to Mike. He gave me an ETA of an hour and half, and would you get this, they showed up in their window. Mike came and assessed the issue. We were in desperate need of a new water heater. They left to get the tank and were back promptly. They completed a full tank replacement in right around an hour and a half. Professional. Punctual. Courteous. Would recommend 100%. Any plumber could do a good job. Elite did a GREAT job. These guys exceeded every expectation. A+++

Came quickly on a Friday night to cap a broken water pipe. Really appreciate quick turnaround and quality work. Thanks

This service is excellent. I had a pipe leak and was able to call and speak to the owner at around 8:00 pm. He answered all of my questions and was able to schedule time to come out next day that worked with my schedule. His team was able to fix the issue and minimize the damage. I would definitely recommend this company.

SAME DAY SERVICE...TOP NOTCH!!! I CAN NOT APPRECIATE THIS COMPANY ENOUGH!!! I just thought I I had a clogged shower drain and some assistance with washing machine valves..WELL my clogged drain ended up costing him one of his tools and due to his diligence in his work, come to find out my washer had been leaking and was ruining my walls! Mike and his crew got the situations under control...offered assistance with other companies to complete the project. My situation is Bad, but if Mike had not been thorough...It would have been worse...And the PRICE WAS OUTSTANDINGLY REASONABLE! I ALREADY KNOW Im setting up my appointment for my future plumbing needs. As a SINGLE MOM, DISABLED VET, AND FIRST TIME HOME OWNER OF 3WKS.. Elite plumbing is the best! I first called to get a 2nd quote for replacing my water heater. I spoke to the owner Mike. He took time to ask me pertinent question and then actually came out to give me a free quote.Mine was an exceptionally difficult job, because I’m in a condo, and the location of the water heater was in an extremely small space, under my A/C unit. The quote also included replacing the main shut off valve, and extending it so I could have access to shut the water off in case of an emergency. Their quote was reasonable considering the amount of difficult work that was required, to complete the installation. We agreed on a scheduled day, and plumber Clarance and his assistant Angelo arrived promptly. They went right to work, and were completely focused on doing a terrific job in a very timely manner. Clarance is an excellent plumber. He’s fast, confident and very detail oriented in his work. I am so glad I’ve found a local, family owned plumbing company I can count on for prompt and efficient service. They truly care about their customers and are there when we need them. They are now MY new plumbers, and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. You won’t be sorry.

At 9 PM on Friday, I discovered my 17-year-old water heater was leaking ... I called Elite and he put me on the schedule for the next day (Saturday). Everything exceeded expectations. Perhaps most indicative of their customer-first approach was that when they pulled the new water heater out of its box at 7:30 PM and found it had a dent, they didn't hesitate to take it right back and have it replaced with another even though it meant they wouldn't finish until after 9 PM. I believe most plumbers would have glossed over the dent as nothing more than a cosmetic defect and continued on, but they put in the extra effort. Beyond that, they took the time to upgrade the valves and install the water heater the way it SHOULD be done with no shortcuts. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs, for sure.

Not all heroes wear capes! I desperately needed help this past weekend with a multiple supply leak to my house that I airbnb and Mike from Elite Plumbing came out that evening and worked until dark. He resumed the detection and correction the next day before my next guests arrived. He was so amazing at communication and workmanship. I’m honestly blown away at his work ethic. I’ve never had a better experience with a plumber in my life. His services literally kept my business running. His job is complex and took patience and all of his years of experience to provide the best service for my specific issue. I couldn’t be happier that I found him! Thank you Mike and Elite Plumbing!!!

Wonderful experience. Showed up on time. Did a quality job at reasonable prices. No upselling. I have used this company three times now and would highly recommend to anyone.
