My son pulled the handle off the shower, breaking it to where we could not turn the water off. This was at 6:30 pm. They were at the house within 15 minutes of me calling them. The team of two included as Master Plumber ensuring the work was done completely and correctly. The men were very quick to determine the problem and fixed it quickly.

Will absolutely use them in the future.

After discovering a leak in my ceiling late Saturday, I called Elite Plumbing who came out at 9:00 pm and found the problem was an overflowing A/C pan, caused when the emergency switch failed to activate. Mike and Angelo spent two hours removing the water, checking the drain lines, and recommended my A/C company be contacted immediately to follow up. These men went above and beyond to provide me peace of mind. Furthermore, Mike called the next day to check on me and the situation. I feel so blessed to have found a company who truly cares about providing the best customer service and would highly recommend Elite Plumbing.

Mike and Tom came out to the house to fix a plumbing problem with my kitchen faucet. They were very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem and fixed it! Their rates were very reasonable, they were very thorough and they were very respectful of leaving the work area clean! Very meticulous and very pleasant people. I would recommend them to anyone.

SAME DAY SERVICE...TOP NOTCH!!! I CAN NOT APPRECIATE THIS COMPANY ENOUGH!!! I just thought I I had a clogged shower drain and some assistance with washing machine valves..WELL my clogged drain ended up costing him one of his tools and due to his diligence in his work, come to find out my washer had been leaking and was ruining my walls! Mike and his crew got the situations under control...offered assistance with other companies to complete the project. My situation is Bad, but if Mike had not been thorough...It would have been worse...And the PRICE WAS OUTSTANDINGLY REASONABLE! I ALREADY KNOW Im setting up my appointment for my future plumbing needs. As a SINGLE MOM, DISABLED VET, AND FIRST TIME HOME OWNER OF 3WKS.. The shower handle broke on my master bedroom shower and the water would not turn off on Sunday at . Elite was the 2nd company I called. Mike was able to diagnose the problem and the exact part needed (Moen Positemp Cartridge), pointing out that Home Depot/Lowes were due to close soon. I was able to locate the part and send a cell phone picture to my wife who picked up and bring home shortly before Elite Plumbing Services, Inc. arrived. In less than 2 hours on a Sunday night they had both the water shut off to the master shower, and the faucet up and working better than ever. They earned my business and appreciation, appreciation and satisfaction in less than two hours. The first 24 hour plumber has yet to return the call I placed one minute.

Mike and his crew are polite, professional, thorough and tidy. They installed a water softener for us, rerouted an outdoor spigot and installed a new garbage disposal. I would recommend them and will use them again should I have another need for a plumber.

I was in a pinch with a leaking pipe and after calling Elite I was able to get a same day appointment. They arrived on time and had the leak under control quickly. If you have an older home with tough to reach plumbing I would definitely recommend these guys!
