Elite Plumbing Services, Inc. Customer Reviews

I called Elite Plumbing on Friday morning with a stopped up kitchen sink issue. The owner, Mike, called me back personally to confirm they would make it out before the end of the day. This company was honest, personable and extremely professional. They explained their process and took extra steps to ensure there were no future issues. Look no further this is a reputable company that does what they say at an affordable price.

Had an obstructed sewer pipe. Called several plumbers and Mike and Tom were the only ones who were able to come out and take care of the issue immediately. Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my house when entering with equipment. Issue wasn't straight forward but they were still able to diagnose the issue, resolve it and recommend action to prevent it from reoccurring. Highly recommend calling these guys for your plumbing needs.

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday and Elite plumbing came out the same day to assess the problem. They were able to replace the hot water heater by 9pm. Very thankful that the Elite Plumbing team was able to help on a Sunday afternoon with such quality work. Highly recommend.

Michael was amazing! He answered my call for a leaky spigot late Saturday evening and was at my house in 10 minutes. It took him half an hour to finish the job and he explained every step thoroughly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

They were very professional and courteous. Charged us a fair price for coming out on a Friday evening. Hopefully won't need a plumbing service soon, but if we did they are the ones we will call.

Since we purchased our new home, Mike has been our go to plumber. From water heater installation, faucets replacement to removal.
I have him on speed dial now!

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! We had a water leak at my restaurant and needed someone quickly. Their technician went above and beyond and literally came straight over from church on a Sunday to help us out.She found the problem, got everything fixed within a few hours, and charged us a very reasonable price. Fast, honest, professional, and genuinely great customer service. It’s hard to find companies that take care of their customers like this anymore. I’ll absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Thank you again for coming through for us!

We have owned our home for 16 years and this is the best plumbing experience we have ever had. Highly recommend! So glad I called and will use them again and happy to recommend to family & friends!

Mike and his team are the ONLY plumbers I'll ever use! Middle of the night, and they were at my home in under a half hour! Clogged drains and flooding in the entire house. And they stopped it! Very professional and kind. GREAT and incredibly fair cost. They took care of everything! Thank you so much Mike! I'll be recommending Mike & his team with Elite Plumbing to all of my family and friends.

Mike and team installed a new water heater today. Mike was informative, gave a good price for installation and left the work area cleaner than he found it. I would recommend Elite Plumbing and will definitely use again.

I didn't use them because they don't go under houses anymore. The owner was very polite but couldn't recommend anyone.

Mike went above and beyond coming out with his crew late, after hours. He and his crew wore masks, checked all the faucets and showers in the home to see where the problem could be. He was beyond professional, courteous and knowledgeable about plumbing. He is fair, kind and treats all like family. He provided us with suggestions and ran ideas about how to go about fixing the plumbing issues without wasting his time and our money. No job seems to be to big or to small for Mike and Elite plumbing! I would absolutely utilize and recommend Mike and Elite services for future and all issues plumbing related.
