Called after normal business hours and talked to owner Michael. Gave me price on the phone and showed up at my house within an hour. Gave me options for repair, and executed the repair rather quickly. Friendly, honest, and great price for repair. Will use for future plumbing needs. Recommend to all!!!

Elite Plumbing came to our home same day of call. They were able to find a pinhole leak in a pipe below concrete floor in the bathroom area using a heat sensitive camera that could see the 'hot water' area around the tile. They repaired the leak in a speedy professional manner , and I would highly recommend them if you need service.

Called on Saturday Afternoon, were here promptly, worked fast, professional & courteously. Price was a lot less than what I thought it would be. Fixed issue and went above and beyond to make sure it was correct. Definitely recommend and they will be the plumber I use going forward for any plumbing. Thank you.

This is the second time we have required Mike’s services and, again, he was very responsive to our call. He came out on a Saturday evening to detect and repair a leak in our main water line just inside the outer wall. He did not finish the repair until almost 11pm. This meant we only had the water shutoff for a few hours. I recommend Elite Plumbing and they will be the first call we make if we ever need plumbing services in the future.

I had no water for over 1 day after a slab leak. Once the leak was found, EPS came to my rescue after-hours and on a weekend. Water was restored in a timely fashion and done at a reasonable price. Fantastic company!

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday and Elite plumbing came out the same day to assess the problem. They were able to replace the hot water heater by 9pm. Very thankful that the Elite Plumbing team was able to help on a Sunday afternoon with such quality work. Highly recommend.

I called Elite Plumbing Services on a Saturday afternoon for a bad leak at my water meter. Michael answered the phone, not a weekend answering service. They were here within the hour and fixed the problem saving me from a big water bill. Michael was extremely professional, fast acting, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend EPS and I will use them again.

Apart from the professionalism that characterizes Elite Plumbing Services, they treat their clients like family. I have been fortunate to find this company after a few bad experiences with other plumbing companies. I can truly say that I completely trust Elite Plumbing Services with any plumbing issues that I had, their expertise is evident. They are not the typical plumbers who seek to profit from the misfortunes of others, they are people who really want to help the community through their work. Mike has saved me a couple of times in recent months, despite the poor condition of the pipes in my house, he has gone out of his way to solve the issue, on this last occasion I called them about a very large water leak on the pipe. Thanks to that we were left without water for a couple of days. The day that I called, he arrived and explained to me and my husband what needed to be done, answered all of our questions and started to work right away. He worked until late at night and didn’t have leave until we had water for my children, for which I am infinitely grateful. Not only will I recommend his services to everyone I know, but I will always be grateful for his kindness.

Mike performed a hot water heater warranty replacement for me on short notice when several other plumbing businesses wouldn't return my call or worse, came out, saw it was a warranty claim and then I never heard from them again. Mike is big on using only parts and techniques that he'd use in his own house. These days, Mike is a rare breed of quality work at a fair price brought to you with loads of sincerity and integrity.

Mike and Tom came out to the house to fix a plumbing problem with my kitchen faucet. They were very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem and fixed it! Their rates were very reasonable, they were very thorough and they were very respectful of leaving the work area clean! Very meticulous and very pleasant people. I would recommend them to anyone.
